We do our best to make your purchase as easy and comfortable, as we can, so that you can get you on your way to your unique ballet and opera experience as quickly as possible.
Occasionally, but no often, some performances may be canceled, changed or rescheduled. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to offer alternatives or immediate full refund. If we are unable to get in touch with you, we will issue you full refund. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event. If you have your paper (not electronic) ticket issued, you will have to send it to us in order to get the refund. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets.
When booking your ticket, you can choose the currency of the transaction between Rubles, Euros and U.S. Dollars. If your currency is different from these, you can also choose conversion, offered by PayPal.
We offer you free delivery with your purchase. This can be:
- online delivery of electronic tickets
- online delivery of electronic voucher, which you will be able to change to the paper tickets right before the show
- post delivery of paper tickets to your address. Please, allow up to 1 months to get your paper ticket by mail, if you live abroad
- courier delivery to your hotel (your tickets will wait for you at the reception) - preferred method
- courier delivery to any place in St. Petersburg (train station, seaport, airport) at determined time. The courier will wait for you near the theatre with sign with your name on it. If you fail to be at determined time at determined place, we might not be able to refund your ticket
- courier delivery to your theatre right before the performance (the courier will wait for you near the theatre with sign with your name on it)
In an unlikely event of any errors, regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, we reserve the right to cancel error order and refund you the full amount (or offer alternatives).
If you do not receive a confirmation to your email, or if you experienced problems with connection, errors or service interruption while submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Russian Broadway that everything is ok with your order. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Russian Broadway accepts different methods of payment. Our preferred method is PayPal. It guarantees easy and safe transactions. Using PayPal, you can pay with all the major credit-cards. For some performances we also accept cash payments (you will be able to pay to your courier when getting your ticket).
We sell tickets on behalf of the theatres, which means we do not set the ticket prices. Please, pay you attention, that tickets are generally sold through several distribution points. Unfortunately these are not connected online, so after your order we confirm the availability of the ticket of the chosen category and issue you the confirmation. In an unlikely event of not being able to confirm you the ticket you have chosen, we will offer you alternatives or immediate full refund.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your date, event and seat category selection. Generally theatres prohibit exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. However, most tickets bought online are fully refundable up to one week before the show.
When paper (not electronic) ticket is issued and sent to you, it cannot be refund or exchanged.
You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from Russian Broadway. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and we may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.
If we issue you a refund for a ticket, we will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid. Delivery (mail, courier) charges or any other amounts incured (PayPal commission, taxes, etc.) can not be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets.
We do not charge any additional service fees, order processing fees or other hidden fees. All our prices are final and include all the taxes.
Unlawful resale (or attempted resale), counterfeit or copy of tickets is a offense, that leads to cancellation without compensation.
